Our Holiday Club provides care for children from the age of 3 to 9 years (up to the end of year 4). The club is open from 7:45am – 6:00pm during school holidays on the published dates. The Holiday Club is run by qualified Pippin staff who all have the relevant safeguarding and first aid qualifications, together with up to date DBS clearance.
To register your family with our Holiday Club, we require you to complete a registration pack (per child) and forward a one-off administration fee of £10.00 per family. This fee covers all of the children in the family until they reach the age of 9. Children cannot be booked into the Holiday Club until full registration details are received.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch with them (no nut products), however they will be provided with breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon snack. Drinking water will be available throughout the day, please only provide a drink for your child to enjoy with their packed lunch.
Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate young children napping at any time throughout the day and we cannot accept any children who are wearing nappies.
A varied programme of activities will be provided for all children attending the club, along with free-flow access to the outside play area. Children are supervised at all times and the playground area is secure. Please can we ask you to refrain from sending children in with their own toys and electronic devices (phones, tablets, watches) as this can lead to them becoming upset if other children show an interest in them.
The Holiday Club is open during the following school holidays throughout the year:
- February half-term
- Easter (1 week only)
- May half-term
- Summer holiday (first 4 weeks)
- October half-term
- Christmas holiday (dates tbc.)
Please note we are closed on school inset days.
